Ellen does amazing thing for a dog’s new family

Ellen DeGeneres is the coolest, most amazing woman on the planet. She is just awesome. She has the most fun talk show on the planet, and she still manages to find time in her busy schedule to ensure that she can do nice things for others. Her catch phrase is &ldquo-Be kind to one another,&rdquo- and it seems that not a day goes by in which she is not kind to others. She&rsquo-s just a wonderful person who makes us laugh, who makes us move and who moves us with her generosity and her kindness. When Jen Marion and her finance Jim Raschella decided to fall in love with animals, they had no idea that it would cause them to become noticed by Ellen.

Pearl is a dog that was depressed when she was taken to a shelter after she had a miscarriage of a litter. She was lonely, had no family and was ready to give up. Fortunately, she was able to meet a litter of puppies without a mother and become their mother. When this lovely couple decided to foster this dog, they did a wonderful thing. Unfortunately, when they decided that fostering wasn&rsquo-t enough, they went through a long process of adoption that actually resulted in Pearl losing a lot of weight and getting very sick. A vet diagnosed her with something called Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency. Sick, she had to have some serious medical care to the tune of $16,000. She&rsquo-s getting better, but her family is worried they cannot pay the bills.

Jen is a teacher, and her students created a lemonade stand to raise $120 for her dog. That&rsquo-s when Ellen heard about this couple and invited them onto her show and presented them with the most amazing gift. Watch the video to find out what she did.
