Momma dog transforms when reunited with her puppies

If you want to feel good today, we have a story that is going to change the way that you think of life. This is the story of a little dog brought into the Marin Humane Society and surrendered by her owners. For whatever reason, they decided that they no longer wanted Cora or another dog and dropped them off. The sweet dog was so scared and so withdrawn that she would not come near anyone. She was clearly heartbroken and upset, and staff thought she was just sad her family left her. However, once they get close enough to her to take a look at her, they quickly realized she had just given birth. At that point, the volunteers called the family who dropped her off and pleaded with them to also surrender the puppies.

The family did not want to give up the puppies, but the shelter pleaded- telling them that they were not safe without their mother and that they were simply too young to survive on their own with her to feed them and nurture them. It appeared to work, and the family brought the puppies in. Cora still had not stopped being depressed. When a volunteer brought the puppies into her pen and began taking them out of a crate, though, Cora perked right up. Within seconds, she was wagging her tail, running around and she was happy as can be. She transformed 100 when she realized she&rsquo-d been reunited with her babies, and she is a very happy dog right now.
