Pit bulls were “trapped in hell” until someone decided to do something about it
When a pair of animal cops were called to a house in the Detroit area, they knew someone was inside. But the person who was inside the home wouldn&rsquo-t come to the door and they had no choice but to leave. But this wasn&rsquo-t going to stop them from trying again. There had been multiple complaints that the house was the site of a dog fighting ring. These determined animal cops, who&rsquo-s names are Mark Ramos and David McLeod, came back to the house at a later date hoping to catch someone outside. But what they found when they arrived was truly horrifying. In the video located below, the two agents move in on the home and in the front yard there is a dog tied to a light pole.
After inspecting the back of the house, their was even more dogs tied to various object. Some of the dog were without food or water and this allowed the agents to move in on the property. As they worked their way around the outside of the home, they find a mother dog who had recently had puppies. They are concerned because they don&rsquo-t see any puppies around her and her breasts are too full of milk. The mother dog is surely in pain and they were going to have to act fast. They started removing the dogs from the outside of the home and realized that the house was actually abandoned.
The dogs are then taken to a shelter, where they are properly cared for and a Vet looks at each of the animals. Some of the dogs had visible injuries and needed care. There was quite a few dogs at the location and each one was safely transported. Some of these canines were used for fighting, while others were used as bait animals. No one was charged in this case at the time of this article, but investigators are hoping to file them soon. But sadly they will probably never find out who done this, because the house was vacant and the owner of the property knew nothing about the dogs.
