Culprit steals dog to give it a better life

We have no names, no locations and no information beyond what we are telling you right now- and if we did, we certainly would not share it. Why? Because this story is actually a crime, and it&rsquo-s not a good idea to share the names of people who are our own modern day Robin Hood&rsquo-s but without the rich and the poor and all that good stuff. Let me just start at the beginning for you. This is Alfie. His entire life was spent chained to a wall in someone&rsquo-s yard on a piece of concrete with very little food, water or attention. He was never taken off. The neighbors called the police and animal control all the time to get this dog help, and no one ever came. There was nothing anyone could do. One day, when someone noticed that this poor dog was not only living his horrible life as usual but that this time he had a duct tape around his face to keep him quiet, they stole the dog.

Making sure the homeowners were not around, the culprit climbed the fence and cut the dog&rsquo-s chain. Now Alfie is living with his new owners. He has a leash, and he gets to take walks. He gets to come into the house. He loves to play, and he has toys and he has something that all dogs need in life- he has love. While we are not usually so condoning of stealing animals from people, we&rsquo-re going to make an exception in this case and call ourselves situational hypocrites.
