Small dog rescued from collapsed building in taiwan

It was a terrible ordeal for the people of Taiwan when a massive earthquake struck their city last week. The damage is immense and the people there are living a life that they are unsure of at the moment. That is, the ones fortunate enough to survive the quake. Not everyone was able to get out with their lives, and it&rsquo-s been a stressful week for these people looking for their missing and injured family and friends, and their missing pets. The death toll rose quickly but seems to have slowed down, thankfully. However, rescuers are still working day and night to ensure that they are able to find the missing, rescue the injured and save what they can.

Even when that kind of rescue is not the kind that involves a human. This video is amazing. It shows firefighters entering into a building that is all but completely collapsed to rescue a small dog that was trapped inside the building following the collapse. No one knows how long the dog has been in there- if it was part of the earthquake&rsquo-s damage or if it wandered into the rubble following the quake looking for someone. Either way, this dog is in need of some medical care, requires a little bit of love and attention and will hopefully be reunited with his owners when they are located.
