Puppy with severe deformities makes miraculous recovery

Charlie&rsquo-s life was not one that he would brag about as a puppy. We have no idea what was wrong with him, how it happened or what could have caused his severe deformities. However, you can see in the photo above that he has some severe deformities that did not allow him to have much of a life. A kind stranger found this darling dog in the middle of a park, completely abandoned, in the dead of winter. He knew the dog&rsquo-s legs were not right, but he took the dog to the local animal shelter regardless. The shelter was not equipped to handle this dog and his many needs, so they found a foster parent for him in the form of the photographer who snaps pictures for the shelter.

She made sure that Charlie had the medical care he needed. While it&rsquo-s unclear what happened to his legs, it was clear to the vet that splints would be the best course of action to straighten them and allow him to walk normally to see if he could build the muscles in his legs enough to support him. It worked! Before too long, Charlie was removing his splints himself and he was making sure he was able to get up and move around without much issue. His life has been changed for the better ever since, and it&rsquo-s been a miracle for him. Now look at what a darling dog he&rsquo-s turned into- able to run and play, have fun and get around all on his own.
